When planning a trip, always do two things: Check the Toastmasters International website for Toastmasters meetings where you will be, and take a manual (I like to use a CC manual) with you.

If you know your schedule and find a meeting that you could attend, get in touch with the contact person ahead of time. They may put you on the schedule in some capacity.

If you are traveling out of the country, you might be asked to tell about your club(s) as opposed to the ones in the country you are visiting. You can get credit for a manual speech if you do this.

It is a great way to meet other Toastmasters and see how others conduct their meetings.
