Put a small notepad and pen in your back pocket or purse and be sure to write down speech ideas as soon as they pop into your head and then you'll have a handy reference for your speeches

Maybe you're stuck in traffic and notice the person behind you shaving, the person to your left singing to their radio and the person to your right getting angry and hitting their steering wheel. This would be a great speech for using gestures and could be funny too.

At work did you overhear a funny phone conversation. You could role play what was being said on the other end of the phone, play out different scenes

Did you hear something on the news that you had a strong opinion about? Jot it down, research the topic and present it as a CC speech
