I'm sure most Toastmasters have seen the "Find Your Voice" and "Confidence. The Voice of Leadership" pamphlets you can get from Toastmasters International. On the back there is a space where you can put your club information.

Don't waste time by handwriting the information and don't waste your money on a rubber stamp, especially if your information changes

Download this handy Microsoft Word template and print directly onto the pamphlet. Most laser and inkjet printers will accept the 3¾ x 8½ inch (95mm x 218mm approx) paper.

When using a laser printer be sure to let the pamphlets come out the back of the printer, otherwise they will be curved due to the heat.

Note: When printing you may receive a warning that you are printing on an unprintable area. This is usually ok since you're just printing close to the margin.
